great to get started
This is a great app to get started with working out. Since they are really short, you can easily find enough time to at least do one round a day with these. You can also create a custom workout, i did this because i cant do the leg lifts but there are a few from the medium setting i can kind of do instead. I noticed a difference in how my core feels when playing hockey from just doing the routines about every other weekday. You have to start somewhere.If there was a way to reset your points I would give this 5 stars. its my only gripe
